NTA transmits its Network Programmes and News on Intelsat 907 at 332.5 Degree East. The Network transmission is digital on Transponder 105/105 RHCPTX. The transmission parameters are:

Also for network coverage of events there are two spare space segments used by the zones for contribution to network programmes and special events on network transmission.
The authority has 10 uplink zonal centers across the country and has outside broadcast and DSNG vans for the coverage of events outside the headquarters.
All these facilities are also manned by well trained and competent hands.
This Unit is also being managed by Engineers and support services personnel e.g. Drivers, Riggers etc and their function is to cover events from different destinations for onward transmission via the Domsat to viewers.

STUDIO
1. The Studio is where recordings/transmission of News/Programmes are done with the following equipment: professional cameras, studio camera control unit, teleprompter sound craft, audio console, video mixer, studio light of various wattage and microphones/ (table & neck mics)
2. The studio complex comprises of Engineering/production unit being manned by Engineers and production officers
3. The final out-put from the studio goes through the master control room (MCR) to Domsat for onward transmission to various destinations, having been converted from video signal to TVRF Signal.
MCR
This Unit is the heart of every NTA station where all the transmission of the station is handled by both Engineers and Transmission Director (TD).
These personnel co-ordinate the transmission by monitoring various sources of signals from all NTA Stations and follows strictly the daily transmission programme logs as scheduled with time frame.
The signal output of MCR also goes through Domsat earth station equipment to be converted as TV RF signal for the viewers.
TELEPROMPTER
This is auto script equipment used for reading Scripts for News and Programmes. The equipment comprises of a computer system monitor and a hood that is attached to the head of the camera.
TRANSMISSION PROCESS.
All these information/details given above forms the whole process of television path and transmission of NTA stations.
QUALITY OF RECEPTION
With the aid of Television Receive Only Systems (TVROS) and decoders now strategically located in all the Stations, the reception of NTA’s signal is excellent
